Shipments & Returns
We have a maximum 3 day handling and processing time period after payment to get your items ready for shipment. Packages however, are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online. Returns are accepted within 15 business days after you receive your package. The item must be in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags attached and it must be an unworn item. If there are any tears, perfume or smoke damage or the item was worn, we will not accept the return. If the item is defective and has an issue, please let u know within 15 days and you will get a full refund after we receive the item back. Anything longer than 15 days for defective and/or damaged items will not be accepted. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to process your return.
If you love your item/items but they are the wrong size, simply let us know within 30 days and you can exchange them for a different size. If we no longer have that item in stock, you can either wait for the item to be re-stocked or you can choose a different item from our store of equal or lesser value for an exchange. Anything more expensive is also allowed, however, we will have to charge you the difference for the more expensive item. Simply email us at: email@example.com to process your exchange.
